A Europa-Park ticket can be added to every table. Exhibitors can visit the park themselves during the festival while a booked helper minds the table. Helper and park tickets are added directly when you book your table.

Set-up: Friday, 26 March 2027, 1–6 pm; Saturday and Sunday from 7 am. Final confirmation to follow.
Commercial tables have a shared 230 V connection — please bring your own compliant cables and equipment. Collector tables have no power connection. Free venue Wi-Fi is available for basic use — not designed for streaming or high-bandwidth activities.
At the Collector Table a maximum of 1 helper ticket can be added, at the Commercial Table several. You add them directly during the booking process.
No — your table and admission cover the Cardshow in the Confertainment Center. Europa-Park admission is not included, but a Europa-Park ticket can be added to every table.
Each table measures 1.80 m × 0.50 m and is provided, set up and taken down for you. A maximum of 2 tables per Collector booking.
You will receive a proper invoice for your table.
Of course — exhibitors from Germany and abroad are very welcome.
Yes. During booking you select your offer category, for example Pokémon, sports, TCG or accessories. This lets us plan the positions in the hall and place you well. There is no formal accreditation for exhibitor tables (unlike press).
Can't attend? Please contact us early — the exact policy will follow.
Roll-ups and shelves are only allowed at the Commercial Table. Set-up times, fire safety and booth limits will be provided before the event.
